Medical Lectures take place for WMSD 2012 in Iraq

2012 Living with MS
The Baghdad MS clinic and teaching hospital in Iraq held three lectures on World MS Day 2012. Around 200 people attended the lectures. The audience included people with multiple sclerosis and their families.

Neurologists from the MS clinic provided information about MS and MS treatments. A nurse from the Clinic talked about rehabilitation and healthy living options. Three people living with MS shared their experiences with the audience.

During the event the attendees were invited to lunch. The event included a question and answer sessions. A stand was available with leaflets and other informative material. Attendees were presented with an MS ‘training kit’ as a gift.
