Tune in for MS

To celebrate the #MSConnections campaign, on World MS Day, the global MS movement gathered together to ‘Tune in for MS’.

We had performances and messages from some of the stars of the MS community.

The show-stopper was a very moving performance from the global MS choir! This is a group of people from the MS community who came together to perform the song ‘Lean on Me’ to the world. The choir was directed by the acclaimed choral director, Mark De-Lisser. Take a look in this video.

Music is part of so many of our lives, but it can be easy to forget its many health benefits. As well as creating that feel-good factor, singing can really help improve our physical and mental health. It can help our lungs, our hearts and our brains… and the social connections that flow from singing together are great for our minds. We hope you enjoyed the show!
