Multiple Sclerois New Zealand (MSNZ), with the help of the MS International Federation, is supporting MS Auckland event by bringing over to New Zealand keynote speaker Professor Helmut Butzkueven. Professor Butzkueven will be discussing MS Brain Health and how the current access criteria for DMTs in NZ fits with international evidence. He is Professor and Chair of Multiple Sclerosis and Neuro-immunology at Monash University and Director of the MS services at Box Hill Hospital and the Royal Melbourne Hospital.Professor Butzkueven will provide key examples from MSBase; real-world evidence for treatment of relapsing-remitting MS will be compared with the current PHARMAC treatment.
