- Tell us why you chose this spot to show your support for World MS Day
- Send your MS Heart to the World MS Day team by uploading it to the World MS Day Map. You can also share it with us on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook using #WorldMSDay #MyMSDiagnosis hashtag – be sure to tag @WorldMSDay whichever channel you use.
