Merck Serono join the global movement to end MS

Merck Serono, an international pharmaceutical company, hold events to raise awareness of MS

Merck Serono is encouraging employees to find out more about the people who use their products and to join the movement to end MS all together!

• In the Czech Republic four prizes will be awarded in categories regarding “Contribution and help to MS patients”
• In Greece representatives from the Merck Serono office will attend the Greek MS Society Congress in Thessaloniki (26-28 May)
• In Hungary a journalist will receive an award for the best MS article written
• In Madrid, Spain employees will meet people living with MS at the “Merck Serono with MS patients” event

The UK office has already marked the Day with an internal awareness campaign where employees were encouraged to learn more about MS and to run and cycle through a national park to show their solidarity with people living with MS, as well as sparking the interest of the general public.

More activities are planned around the world including cake baking, a book club, a fundraising quiz and MS educational posters around all offices.
