A Co-operative Initiative in Croatia
On 25th May the president of the MS Society of Croatia will be a guest on a national Television show, to talk about an MS Co-operative society and discuss the issues surrounding people with MS and employment.
The co-operative has been set up to enable People with MS to take part in creative workshops, and learn how to make a variety of crafts. They will them be able to sell their items through the co-operative society. They hope to provide people with MS a way to learn new skills, and help them support themselves financially. She will also be discussing the employment prospects of people with MS and the issues which affect people with MS in Croatia. Assisting people who are retired to earn more money and support themselves, in particular the large number of retired people with MS, will also be discussed.
