Women and Employment – World MS Day in Denmark

Scleroseforeningen in Denmark are putting the emphasis on women and employment for World MS Day 2011. They have arranged a whole month of activities around the theme “MS and Awareness”, and amongst other activities will be collecting donations of people’s small change from 10,000 shops around the country.   

A facebook app encouraging people to appreciate their female friends that little bit more will be launched around the 25^th May. They have also interviewed 7 women with MS about how it affects their working life. These interviews have been printed in their magazine, and videos of the interviews are also available on their website.
